Heroin sells at 750, not sure how that compares to 150% Jerome. I personally am willing to sell at a smaller price for the convenience of not having to run across the map and leaving my base vulnerable.

So 50% would be 375 (and the npcs buy at LESS than 50%), while at Jerome 150% it'd be around 1.1k, you're ok with losing out on about 7k per shipment for the sake of leaving your base for 40 seconds? If so that is all your business but that leads back to my point of how it is a punch in the gut to people just starting out who need the money more than ever - this update feels like a huge deterrent for noobs.
(going to stop replying as not to flood the thread however my point still stands)

The NPC percentage meant 100% == 50% MSRP.

So 150% was only 75% of MSRP. This is why craft times were slightly buffed in this update. In future updates crafting will be overhauled.

The new meta for everything will be the dark web terminals. It encourages basing, rp, adds a new way to make money, is more convenient and is quite simple to understand.

It may be more complicated than the NPCs and such but bigger picture its simpler for the layman and adds and while new dynamic for the rest.

While I agree it is more convenient (that is if you can actually access a terminal..), that does not mean it is not ruining some of the factors of RP as a whole. Some people simply want to set up a shop as a bartender or as a gun dealer and sell stuff, which won't be possible unless they are constantly crafting items (which with limited pocket space can be annoying having to carry around tons of random items waiting for someone to want to buy whatever it is you may have). These kinds of interactions are pretty vital to RP and I still feel as if this is going to hinder that.

May I suggest allowing certain classes to have access to a NOT black market laptop? This could only include items that aren't BMI, such as food and bartender items. - You could expand on this by granting the hacker job access to "Jailbreak" laptops for people which would give them access to the black market items. - I feel if this market was more accessible as a whole outside of black market dealers then the concept would be a lot better.

Correct me if I'm wrong (which I very well could be), but are people even mass buying drugs or guns for it to be beneficial at all to remove the NPCs? Anytime a new player asks how to make money they are immediately recommended to go drug dealer and farm heroin (which yes is still possible, but WHO is buying mass heroin for the same prices Jerome would at 150%) This seems like a big punch in the gut for players who aren't already rolling in cash.

basically with the time reductions SUPPOSEDLY/THEORETICALLY you are going to be selling at a base price of around 120% jerome prices.. I think..?
