For whenever the server restarts. Added some basic ammo and health pickups for GMs to spawn. Gives HP/ammo when you walk into them. Added Umbaran models. Updated mail system. Added a way to send RC to the recipient. Fixed some layout issues with the mailing list. Updated GM rewards. Reduced final money reward to 100k but made it repeatable. Fixed low level XP reward being unrepeatable. Any unrepeatable cosmetics already will give RC instead. Updated several item pickup positions when a model is missing the required attachment point(s). Crates. Shields. Jetpacks. They might still look odd on some models but this is the best you'll get. Updated cleanup system to ignore Ragdolls. Updated CCTV. Updated microphone range to be a lot shorter around the Cameras. Fixed issues where the camera selection UI might be hidden on smaller resolution screens. Some global voice optimizations. Updated UI on talents to show their descriptions. Updated shield placement code to try and combat it getting stuck in you. Updated Binos to allow you to mark things while cloaked. Fixed wire-mod spawning. Fixed AT-RT errors that happened while under maintenance. Fixed grenade popper errors when used against players. Fixed mine swep errors when given to NPCs. Fixed weapon sprint talent. Fixed Turret ceiling npcs. Fixed missing NCO permissions for some naval ranks.
