Ayyeee finally got the signatures! I'm on phone right now so I don't know but did you make the signatures visible by default for everyone? 🙂
You just have to get lucky, it might catch you off guard one day. You connect to the server(s) super fast which is why you're missing the rest of the cycle and/or see the same images repeated every time you log in.
That is intentional and has been a feature for years.
