How long / what are the qualifiers for an inactive org?

I don't have any technical understanding of gmod, but how would this work for new players connecting through the gmod mod player list vs. how would it be different for players on the new client.

This was my thought as well. Sup maintains players because of the quality of the server but it gains new players because it is always on top for player count right? I ended up here as it was the most played server and I wanted to try the game mode out. If I join, download a bunch of content, then find out I'm still missing things because I need a launcher, or just can't play because I need the launcher, I probably would have gone somewhere else.

I mean they will find out as soon as they get on. Penguin mentioned in the thread advocating the fix that crashes are possible.
