    Being able to kill for assault as listed is more fun for the people playing cop and it keeps the balance between gov't and others. its called assault because its an actual attack on the officer even if it does no damage. If people don't want to be shot at by ANYONE then they shouldn't be slapping and such to bait a reaction. Making it so that they HAVE to arrest will just result in more people baiting newer players to break the rule, as well as making it harder for the cops since once they show intent to arrest they can just be killed by the attacker on the spot.
