Just a small update since our hosting providers router decided to commit suicide at a convenient time.

• Fixed chatbox lua errors
• Fixed /lookup lua errors

• Fixed climp swep lua errors
• Fixed taser recharge
• Made taser show under BMI in the weapon switcher for non police
• Removed the ability to weld to world
