As a RM this is very very juicy

Im with Scott I think people should be given seconds chances, unless they were banned for DDOS'ing the server ( Not just threats as we all know its BS ) and Fraud, if people have committed fraud they should be allowed back if all of their money is given back to aStonedPenguin imo
