He can't. I am on my PayPal in which I received a refund for commissioning art due to using the wrong payment transaction. All I can see is the card I paid with stating (Visa card X-0000) You'll see "PAYPAL *user" on your card statement.
The only person that can see the "ship to" part is me, which is my personal address. No one can see that info unless you provide the user that information for delivering a physical item versus a digital one by simply contacting them. The same thing applies if I were to pay someone. The "ship to" part is where the money is being sent or received but the user, whomever you are doing business with, does not see it. This is due to security reasons to my knowledge, correct me if I am wrong. I am still learning this stuff even though I have made around 26 total transactions. I'm still a novice lol NOTE: Some transactions may not have a shipping address at all. One more thing to note, some people do use PayPal to pay but do not use an active PayPal ACCOUNT. Some of my transactions on SUP are through PayPal but did not use my PayPal account due to the habit of not using one back then.
