SLAMS are a lot more precise with automatic and manual detonation, while grenades bounce around like little bouncy balls and a set fuse timer. By also taking a look in the BMD shop, grenades are muchhhhh cheaper than SLAMS, as they are seen as inferior meme weapons. Considering how unlikely it is to get a kill, 3 seems fair imo.
