Here are some common questions, solutions and who to contact if you need help with your credits purchase.

Questions:

My credits have not been added to my account.

  •  Sometimes PayPal takes a little time to process your transaction and let us know.
    • In this case wait an hour or so before contacting us.
  • If you paid with a bank account (aka an eCheck) it will usually take 3-5 business days for it to clear.
    • We cannot cancel or expedite this, PayPal controls this.
    • You can see the exact clearing date on your paypal dashboard.

I accidently made my purchase a subscription or a recuring payment and I would like to cancel it

  • If your subscription was made on or after 30th March 2021 you can cancel your subscription here
  • Otherwise please login to paypal and then go here . Look for any agreements that say Superior Servers, view their info and press cancel/deactivate
  • This will not refund you, it will only cancel future payments. All sales are final.

I purchased credits on the wrong server / I would like a refund.

  • We cannot modify which server your credits are on. Sorry.
  • We do not issue refunds as these are digital items that are used instantly.

PayPal isn't supported in my country.

  • We only use PayPal at this time, you can however try paying by card as a guest.

To send a private message:

  • First click the "Messages" icon and then "Compose New"
  • When on the messages screen just type the relevant names above and click on them when they pop up.
    • Note: They should always say root below them.
