Posted October 24, 20177 yr The entire Council team of SUP felt it was about time we made some forum rules and wrote them down. Originally it was left up to our discretion and for the users to hopefully have some common sense, however we have gotten big enough to the point that it's time to have something concrete. https://forum.superiorservers.co/topic/12427/forums-rules
October 24, 20177 yr You should pin the rules to the top of each category of the forums so each new section you click on you will still see them.
October 24, 20177 yr QuoteYou should pin the rules to the top of each category of the forums. +Support on that one. Sick of people trying to make their own rules up that staff say arent a rule.
October 24, 20177 yr Thank you. Also does +Support count as shitposting still? @Sovereign @Veridian-Phantom @Gray @smashy
October 24, 20177 yr QuoteThank you. Also does +Support count as shitposting still? @Sovereign @Veridian-Phantom @Gray @smashy I think sovereign said it in one of your questions. If you +support without a reason then it's just a shitpost. Same thing with staff apps I believe.
October 24, 20177 yr QuoteThank you. Also does +Support count as shitposting still? @Sovereign @Veridian-Phantom @Gray @smashy Posting -support or +support by itself in a staff application is a shitpost, at least try to explain why you are supporting or not supporting the applicant. also thx based councils for forum rules.
October 25, 20177 yr BTW GUYS, +Supporting is only a shitpost on Applications, where we seriously value your full fledged opinions and reasoning on an applicant. Stop flagging +supports for SUGGESTIONS lol.
October 25, 20177 yr Wouldn't it make sense that Sensationalist Debate would have some sort of immunity from necroposting? I suggest this with the intention that someone won't go through all the oldest fucking posts and bump them, but rather with the intention that if you can bump the threads, more people can see them, and you can get more opinions. The whole point of debate threads are opinions and views, and you can get more people to see them if you can bump oldish threads.
October 25, 20177 yr QuoteYou should pin the rules to the top of each category of the forums so each new section you click on you will still see them. Also a +support from me. People new to the forums may have no clue and like @Krism said, it's annoying when people start making up new rules. (Which are in fact not true)
