Mostly suggestions, but sometimes people will consistently complain about a common issue but never suggest anything useful. At that point he has to just try different things that seem most logicial. These trials and other implementations are felt out on a private dev server.

the quart is $12 / 1hp and the gallon is $10 / 1hp, but shouldn't the gallon cost more on a per hp basis? the tradeoff being the quart takes more space in your pocket for less of a buff, and since the gallon takes the same amount of space in your pocket but has MORE of a buff it should cost more (on an hp basis, because it does cost more if you don't specify that)

if not, the gallon just looks like the wildly obvious choice when compared to the quart. the cost / hp is HIGHER on the quart and it has LESS of a buff
