 the shipments are very easily phased through walls also they sometimes just disappear entirely

People were complaining about how often people propblock the jail cells, so it was just made so that there's no reason to anymore. From what I've read, that's how it used to be a while ago before they implemented being able to punch your way out.

The people complaining were being whinny. People blocked the doors for more reasons then just to keep people from punching out, it also keeps cops from unarresting, keeps them from unlocking cells, etc. This update gets rid of a cool feature and doesn't even fix the problem people are complaining about.

is anyone else having issues pocketing printer plates now? Or did I miss something. 

Carry system is a great idea, glad something like it finally got implemented. Just hope the minor bugs get patched up soon.
