8/18/2023 - DarkRP Update

[aStonedPenguin]

• Added a command to use for switch weapon binds
  • rp selectweapon <weapon_name>
  • Also works with the weapon class like the "use" command used to so you can quickly update your binds
• Fixed misc situations where you may spawn with not all your weapons
• Fixed misc situations where the weapon switcher may show more than one of the same type of weapon
• Fixed the measuring tool showing to others when you use it
