Smaller update while we switch back to the Liberator.

  • Added Wulff Yularen as GM avatar.
  • Updated default media volume to 2%.
  • Updated Dantooine.
    • Added MHB and Barracks spawn points.
    • Added Hangar A and Hangar B locations.
    • Added MHB location.
    • Restricted engine room buttons to naval, cg & high officer.
  • Updated packages to scale differently if you used a vehicle during the transportation.
  • Fixed Nextbots not spawnable in Q menu.
  • Fixed permissions for lore names in multiple cases (mainly hangars).
  • Fixed non-battalion characteres being able to spawn the speeders.
  • Fixed being able to switch to LVS vehicles from a non-LVS chair.
  • Fixed high officers not being tagged with the NCO permission (fixes several issues where NCO was the only requirement).
  • Removed combat cooldown on changing from an EC to any other character.
