• Added fireworks
• Added crafting event (25% crafting speed boost)
• Added police and chief to the no-kombat list
• When healing players above 50% you gain karma
  • Must be healed within a 15 second window
  • 5 minute cooldown per-player
  • 2 karma added
• Fixed BMI dealer not being able to sell grenades, rpgs and slams
