Major -support simply because the server is clearly suffering from having responsible people at the high level positions in battalions. This just seems a pointless brain drain, because these people all do really well with their respective roles and we can't guarantee that the people replacing them will be equal or better at these roles.

I think they should have been given a choice, step down from Council, SA, and stay as a commander. If i was council i would step down to DA to stay commander, i love my battalion to death and i doubt, if given the choice to go down to DA so they can stay ADM, CMDR, GMASTA, that they wouldnt take it. Thats just my view, no matter how wrong it could be.

These people have earned there spot and their rp spot i dont know why people would complain

For that -Support big time

So I leave for not even 24 hours and changes are major Kappa. But in all seriousness if we are going through with this the community should get a somewhat vote or a way to give opinions on the people appointed to these positions, basically make those who are chosen apply to give the community a way to state opinions because without it people could get put into places that a majority of the community don't agree with. This is just what I think because I am already running scenarios of this through my head and I don't know how I personally feel about some outcomes.

**Picked out a part so this doesn't represent the post**. I've said it in steam but I would like to see the community get a vote on this or on atleast what happens to the people who "step down", sure the survey might have hit management but I don't think such a major change was needed.

Management being in these positions puts people who are trustworthy, dedicated and responsible into key positions to help the server along. I feel they managed staff/battalions at the same time well and I liked how management on the server could be reached by a new player just by joining their batallion.

Ghost is asking to vote on the replacements, not if this should be a thing or not.

Edited my post and stated it didnt represent what ghost said, he just raised a good point.

I am being held hostage lmao look ingame as I post this.

Other than that, if they're not given a choice, I don't think it should be forced upon them, like Apollo said.

I feel like people overall are looking at this in a biased manner. Yes we love our SA+ in their position and they do a damn good job at it for the most part, BUT they are looking to make this change so they can focus on the community as a whole and not have to worry about also managing a entire battalion. For both of these things to be successful at the same time from one individual is a lot of work and can be very stressful. Now even though i really wish i could keep them in the positions they are currently you have to look at the bright side. SA+ will be even more involved in the community and will be in a position (senate) where they arent tied down to a single battalion and are looking at the entire server in the bigger picture. its a scary change but hopefully it will be for the better.

This is what I'm hoping. I'm OKAY with reverting things IF it doesn't work out. But I am not going to change my mind until it's tried first.

-Support, I don't personally understand why you should take away people's position or character on the server due to rank. I believe the people who hold these ranks now are more than deserving of them and are doing a great job in rp and in being friendly in the server.

When mercy told me 2 days ago hes not leaving rp for a long time :kappa: one of the best cdr on the server :(

Dont think of this as a demotion or overall a bad thing, they are becoming Senators... it adds another level of roleplay to the server. in my opinion it is a great thing

Scott is correct if this is the way to help the server that is fine with me, anything for the server imo, but yes I would like the community to be able to express themselves about the replacements that would be put into such a heavy RP and leadership role. Also with this change we should think about what each head is intended for i.e Ponds handles clones and clone issues not Yularen or Yoda/Grand Master and keep them divided with issues, and if a Naval has an issue with a clone dont take it to another Naval or Yularen take the report to Ponds and have Ponds handle the issue since RP wise that is his job aside from leading the RC.

well I will agree with what you said and we will see what happens in the future

I am totally on board with this. This is a measure to prevent biased decisions. the interest of the whole server comes first rather than a specific group or battalion. I know it will be hard on everyone, as some of us may have had the same leadership ever since day one. But be mindful as these individuals will have the option to be an adviser to the group. We need a more productive management team that will come to clear conclusions, which is what this whole thing is meant to do.

Aslong as reverting it is an option if it doesn't improve I guess its fine for now.
