The Karma Update:
- Added a "Pastor George" NPC you may buy karma from for $125 per karma
- Adjusted karma loss of knocking down a door to 2 (might base this on door price or remove later)
- Item labs now give you karma based on the tax you pay for selling an item (Same as doors and door taxes. 1 karma per $150)
- Server placed hits are now set on people with over $250k instead of 0 karma
- Karma no longer directly effects jail time
- Added skills you may spend your karma on:
  - Bribe The Judge - Reduced jail time:
    - Level 1 - 15% reduction: 1k
    - Level 2 - 30% reduction: 5k
    - Level 3 - 60% reduction: 10k
  - Professional Kenyan - Faster run speed:
    - Note: While this will stack on a genome speed boost it won't actually surpass the max speed boost of 15%. It won't stack on free runner at all since you always get a 15% boost.
    - Level 1 - 2% faster: 1k
    - Level 2 - 5% faster: 5k
    - Level 3 - 10% faster: 10k
  - Hoodrat - Jump higher:
    - Level 1 - 5% higher: 500
    - Level 2 - 10% higher: 2.5k
    - Level 3 - 15% higher: 5k
  - Locksmith - Lockpick faster:
    - Note: Does stack on top of class boosts
    - Level 1 - 5% faster: 1k
    - Level 2 - 10% faster: 3k
    - Level 3 - 15% faster: 6k
  - 4N0NYM0U5 - Crack scanners/keypads faster:
    - Note: Does stack on top of class boosts
    - Level 1 - 5% faster: 1k
    - Level 2 - 10% faster: 3k
    - Level 3 - 15% faster: 6k
  - Handyman - Craft items faster:
    - Level 1 - 2% faster: 1k
    - Level 2 - 5% faster: 5k
    - Level 3 - 10% faster: 10k
  - Scavenger - Higher dumpster drop rate
    - Level 1 - 5% higher: 500
    - Level 2 - 10% higher: 2.5k
    - Level 3 - 20% higher: 5k
Group Chats:
- Using "U" to type in group chat now logs the same as other chats
- Group chats are now named (Government, Hobos, Mob, Brothel, Employed)
- Trying to type in group chat when not in a group chat now gives a helpful error message
- When disguised and originally in a group chat you can now still see your original group chat
Added some new event tools for CO+:
- Ability to set walk speed
- Ability to set run speed
- Ability to set jump height
- Ability to set weapon damage
Reduced free runner speed boost from 25% to 15%
Reduced max police genome speed boost from 25% to 15%
Renamed keypad cracker to cracker
Fixed /go for real this time
Fixed weapon switcher not showing bug baits name
Fixed riot shield placement on pro thief
Fixed spawn zone on Danktown not fully covering the doors
Fixed arrest warrants and hit list background disappearing when you pressed F3 and there was no warrants/hits
Fixed Kombat not rounding winnings and tax
