every lotto message tells you exactly what goes into the pot. mayor ui is fairly simple too.

Amazing update and yall asking for Christmas updates need some old school lessons in pick a switch.  Penguin and kob pumping out so much content the last couple weeks is huge. 

@aStonedPenguin It's a little confusing, but I think I get it.

So the Treasury holds the entire money pool of all gov income and you can only withdrawal your contribution from the pool (hence why some people can take out money and others can't). When it's raided the raider then collects the whole pool upon success. 

~ I also notice that even when the money is stolen a bounty of 1-10% of the Treasury's bank is still placed, It might be a bug.
