Small update for CWRP on its next restart.

• Added (ported) AA launcher with some optimisations
• Updated Sean's custom class
• Updated ragdoll limit to 3 personal and 8 global
• Updated LVS with latest fixes
• Fixed LVS client tab
• Fixed LVS issue with caching spawned vehicles with low tick
• Fixed possible issues with switching seats in LVS
• Fixed poppers not being available to 212th
• Fixed blacklist button not showing for people with the "kick" permission
• Fixed errors when trying to interact with the fog controller when no fog entity was selected
• Fixed possible issues with explosion effects
