Added Niner Armour cosmetic for ORG NCO+. Added disable title to the settings menu. Added disable title effect to the settings menu. Added wiki information to chat tickers. Updated Heavy run speed for CG + ORG. Updated hair and facial hair to ignore helmet removal checks. Updated Bail Bot name to Bail Droid. Updated GMS toggle notification grammar. Updated Quad Blaster Adjusted animations Adjusted reload time Adjusted firing position Updated Grenade Poppers Updated damage done on initial explosion to non-droid NPCs. Fixed not being able to take damage when cowered Updated /go /go to tell you when an item is not owned by anyone or a perma-prop. Fixed /go targeting items parented to the executing player. Fixed Etain base health. Fixed effects not running if no extra settings were supplied (fixes pumpkin juice). Fixed Westar 34 not reloading or firing. Fixed master electro force pool being too low.
