Gambling Event - Makes Casino owner job slots unlimited, Gambling Machines only cost 1$, and gambling cannot be made illegal. Lasts for 30 minutes.

Update Meth head event to say that it grants extra cash and karma when you kill them, event lasts 10 minutes.
