Small update for models on next planned restart.

  • Updated RC bad batch models.
  • Updated 212th models.
  • Updated pilot models.
  • Updated ocean man emote to be unplayable while in DB.
  • Fixed duplicated 212th Wooley class.
  • Removed legacy MEDIC_*HALF classes.
    • This effects RC, 501st, 212th and I believe 104th.
    • Current medics will be updated to the base medic classes sometime after the update.
    • You can set medics that were removed back to the class instead of waiting if you wish.
