9/15/2023 - DarkRP Update

• Added a game master rank
  • Has SA event tools
  • Has DA staff powers
  • Cannot be applied for
• Fixed some instances where weapons may double display in the weapon switcher
• Fixed crossbow flames not showing in logs, completing hits or taking karma when they're responsible for a kill

Will game master be a rank that has to be applied for, or sa's, da's and admins will automatically have?

It's something that will be given to select ex SA+, currently just @Vladimir, @Jesse McCree and @Sunn Trueheart
