SSRP (CWRP + MILRP) Updated character menu to use a scrollpanel for smaller resolutions. Fixed several issues causing grey screens on new and old players. MILRP Added auto-training This is in BETA and missing several panels but the basics are there. No more recruits. After they've gone through training they will be made a PV1/Rec. Because only new people can see this please report any bugs shown in OOC by them. Rec (Recruit) is now the basic trained rank for Terrorists instead of Trooper. In-game is perfectly fine. I forgot about the comment so that is why I did't edit or remove it. no need to worry anymore 1
