This update is so cool!

This is a really great update! I really hope to be able to try out the roulette sometime as it seems really fun! The detective skill is going to be so useful as well. I wonder what kind of events we will see in the future from council being able to now spawn NPCs that can have weapons.

Might as well get rid of the 50/50 machines. New roulette machines are basically 50/50 but more in favor of the house, since it has two green slots on it, and because you win 28x your amount if you bet on a single number, even though there are actually 30 numbers (excluding the 0's).
